Dina Michelle is an Arizona native and ASU graduate. She holds a Masters of Arts in Education and spent many years molding young minds as an elementary school teacher. She always had an interest in theatre starting in middle school when she performed in the ensemble of The Wiz for her fellow classmates. She came back to theatre after joining local acting classes with Jan and Garth Williams, where she discovered a renewed affection for acting. After sitting in the audience supporting her fellow actors’ performances, she realized she wanted to get back on the stage and play. She has now been a part of 6 productions with Almost Famous Theater Company, beginning with supporting roles in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Gypsy, and South Pacific and worked her way up to a lead role in Always A Bridesmaid, The Supporting Cast, and Steel Magnolias. Dina is represented in Arizona by The Leighton Agency and has been fortunate enough to work on-camera in several television commercials. She is also an audiobook narrator and commercial voice actor. When she is not working on her craft, she enjoys getting outdoors for a walk or hike, yoga, a good book, and traveling to the beach or the pine trees with her family.
